EXPORT STATEMENT
Tac-Trading(www.tac-trading.com) being an Official of the companyidentified below or the Individual identified
below Tac-Trading(www.tac-trading.com) aware of the export restrictions imposed by the Export Administration Regulations
(EAR) governing exports and re-exports of dual-use items (optical sighting
devices such as daytime riflescopes/sights, night vision riflescopes, laser
sights, holographic sights, reflex sights, red-dot sights, and any other
aiming devices), codified at title 15, Code of Federal Regulations, Chapter
7, Part 730-774. I am also aware on the restrictions imposed in the Code
of Federal Regulations, Title 22, Parts 120-130, commonly referred to as
the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). These regulations
are issued by the United States Department of State, under the authority of Sec 38 of the Arms Export Act (22 USC 2778) and govern the export of articles, services and technical data identified on the U.S. Munition List. All night vision equipment, systems, components, goggles and weapon sights of Generation 2, 2+ and 3 including illuminators, and aimers, are currently identified as U.S. Munition items. It is specifically acknowledged by Company/Individual that Company/Individual is fully aware of these
export restrictions, and that Company/Individual understands that XXXXXX norany of the fulfillment companies that may ship product to Company/Individual on behalf of XXXXX shall not be the exporter, either directly or indirectly, of any controlled item on behalf of Company/Individual. Company/Individual specifically disavows any responsibility on the part XXXXX and/or any of the fulfillment companies that may ship product to Company/Individual on behalf of XXXXX for any cost, expense or loss, of legal action resulting from any violation of the United States of America laws including regulations governing the export of night vision systems, components, goggles, weapon sights and technology, including infrared artifacts, illuminators and aimers.
Important Export Restrictions Warning!
Export
of some night vision equipment and accessories, thermal imaging equipment and
accessories, optical sighting equipment and accessories, and tactical lights
and accessories, tactical gear and weapon accessories, knives, tactical
helmets, military apparel, and some electronic devices is strictly prohibited
without a valid export license issued by the U.S. Department of State, in
accordance with International Traffic in Arms (ITAR), Title 22, Code of Federal
Regulations Part 120-130.
U.S. law prohibits the sale, transfer, or export of items to Embargoed Countries and entities on the Department of State's List of Debarred Parties, the Department of Commerce's Denied Persons List, and the Department of the Treasury's Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List. It is
the Buyer's responsibility to be aware of the Lists of Embargoed Countries, Debarred Parties, Denied Persons, and Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons. These Lists can be found at the U.S. Government websites listed below.
There are also some export restrictions imposed by the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) governing exports and re-exports of dual-use items (optical sighting devices such as daytime riflescopes/sights, night vision riflescopes, laser sights, holographic sights, reflex sights, red-dot sights, and any other aiming devices), codified at title 15, Code of Federal Regulations, Chapter 7, Part 730-774.
By proceeding with a transaction to purchase any items from XXXXX the Buyer
certifies that it will comply with all requirements imposed by all applicable laws, regulations and administrative policies.
